1. Objective of Programs

The primary objective of the programs offered by Rashtriya Aviation Academy is education, skill development, and professional enhancement.

The Institute’s role is limited to providing training and knowledge and does not guarantee employment or placement.

2. Admission & Acceptance of Terms

Enrollment in any course constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and shall be deemed a legally binding agreement between the student and Rashtriya Aviation Academy.

3. Fee Payment Policy

• All fees must be paid in advance before commencement of the course.
• Delay in payment may attract penalties or late fees.
• The Institute reserves the right to take action for recovery of outstanding dues.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

All fees paid to Rashtriya Aviation Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Non-attendance of classes
• Withdrawal by the student
• Medical or personal reasons
• Dissatisfaction with services
• Failure to secure placement

Once admission is confirmed, no refund or transfer request shall be entertained.

5. Self Study / Distance Learning Policy

Students enrolled in Self Study or Distance Learning Mode acknowledge that no regular online or offline classes shall be provided.

The Institute’s responsibility is limited to providing syllabus, guidance, and support materials only.

6. Running Batch & Course Duration Policy

Candidates enrolling after batch commencement shall be considered part of a Running Batch.

Course duration shall be calculated from the original batch start date and not from the admission date.

Certificates shall be issued according to the original batch timeline irrespective of late admission.

7. Job Assistance Policy

Rashtriya Aviation Academy may provide job assistance services including:

• Resume Preparation
• Interview Guidance
• Employer Connections
• Job Opportunity Sharing

These services are provided on a best-effort basis only.

8. No Job Guarantee

Rashtriya Aviation Academy does not guarantee employment, placement, or minimum salary upon completion of any course.

Employment opportunities depend on skills, qualifications, market conditions, and employer requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Loss of opportunity
• Failure to secure employment
• Any inconvenience or hardship

10. Code of Conduct

Students are required to maintain discipline and follow all Institute rules and regulations.

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in case of misconduct without refund.

11. Rights Reserved

Rashtriya Aviation Academy reserves the right to:

• Revise fees

12. Administrative Authority

Rashtriya Aviation Academy operates under its internal academic and administrative framework and all decisions shall be subject to Institute policies and supervision.

13. Final Declaration

By enrolling in Rashtriya Aviation Academy, the student confirms:

• They accept the non-refundable fee policy.
• They understand Self Study and Running Batch policies.
• They shall not raise disputes regarding refund, placement, or duration in the future.
